Ooh, that Ricotta looks good! I've thought about making it, but I don't use Ricotta enough to justify the trouble. I'm very curious about your yogurt and mozzarella plans. :-)
That is an amazing amount of work!!! (In both photos!)I think I'll come over and taste test:)
Kess: We don't use it much either as I'm not allowed to serve lasagna, but I do love to just eat it with a spoon. I made a tiny tiny amount (cut the recipe in half), because I didn't want it to go to waste.
Well you are amazing, I must say! The shawl is just beautiful...but homemade cheese? Goodness, Meg! Pass some over here. I've got a bit of South African wine that will go perfectly with it! xoxo
It looks wonderful and the shawl is just lovely.
Hey Meg, I found a recipe that might make a good use for your ricotta:http://thepioneerwoman.com/tasty-kitchen/recipes/desserts/mini-chocolate-cups-with-ricotta-cream/
Oh... my... o.O That looks delicious!
Gorgeous shawl and home made ricotta yum. I also hear that home made yogurt is delicious.
Thank you so much for stopping by! I enjoy reading every comment and I will try to get back to you if I'm able.
